If your PC suffers from frequent lockups or will not reliably boot, you could be on the track for data loss or a completely unbootable computer. These conditions can be caused by a virus, spyware, a full hard drive, scrambled Windows settings, or impending failure of a hardware component. If you are having these problems, stop using your computer and call us. We will back up your files to CD, scan for viruses, and resolve the software-based problems quickly. If the problems are hardware-based, we will identify the problem components and provide a repair estimate prior to replacing any parts.

Spyware and viruses can be a serious threat to your privacy and can expose your personal information on your computer to hackers. Be vigilant about keeping your software up to date. If you don't have antivirus, anti- spyware and antispam software and a firewall, you may be at risk. Call us and we will provic==de and install the proper software to keep you safe in the Internet.

We make notebook repairs, too.

We do not perform warranty work for your computer. If it is still under warranty, please call the manufacturer for repairs.

Repairs and upgrades are performed in our shop. Diagnosis and repairs are $25 per half hour by a certified technician plus parts and/or software. Most repairs are completed in one hour. An estimate will be provided and you may establish a not-to-exceed cost. On-site repairs for business accounts are available.
